Every winter, the town of Leavenworth becomes a picturesque Christmas scene filled with lights, snow, carolers, and Santa! The Christmas Lighting Festival in Leavenworth takes place from December 5th – 21st. This festival is famous for literally lighting up the entire town in Christmas lights. It’s an unmatched spectacle one can really only experience in this Christmastown! Leavenworth residents enjoy 300 days of sunshine and experience all 4 seasons, so go in the winter and expect snow, cold temps, and a lot of Christmas cheer.
