    This looks tasty!
    We spent a beautiful snowy Christmas at Sun River a few years ago–would have enjoyed a toddy then. Staff had decorated the cottages with tiny twinkling lights.

    Our recipe is a base: cream 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup butter and 1/4 tsp. ground cloves. Keep handy in refrigerator or cooler.

    For each serving put one tablespoon into a mug, add one jigger rum (or bourbon) and fill with hot water. Add cinnamon stick.
    And yes, enjoy responsibly.
