Yosemite Lakes – Groveland, CA

Verde Valley, Cottonwood, Arizona

From hummingbirds to cowboys, with a little bluegrass thrown in the mix, Sedona, Arizona has a variety of festivals and events this summer.  Stay at the Verde Valley Preserve and be sooo close to all the local happenings while also enjoying the peace of the preserve itself. Fish in the Verde River or enjoy wine tasting and tours at nearby Alcantara Vineyards.

Ponderosa, Lotus, California

At the foothill of the Sierras, with the American River at your feet, our Ponderosa Preserve offers plenty of summer fun. With the river running through the preserve there are many spots for rafters and kayakers to hit the water. The charming towns of Placerville and Auburn are nearby for shopping, dining and more. And, there are plenty of festivals to enjoy while making Ponderosa your home base – consider the American River Trailfest on June 8 or the River Tunes Festival, July 27-31, featuring three and a half days of acoustic music instruction.

Yosemite Lakes, Groveland, California

A trip to Yosemite National Park is the ideal summer vacation. And, staying at our Yosemite Lakes Preserve makes it so convenient to explore this great national treasure which is less than five miles from the preserve. With the preserve designated as a YARTS (Yosemite Area Regional Transportation System) stop it couldn’t be any easier to explore Yosemite by day and enjoy Yosemite Lakes at night. After a long day of hiking Yosemite, take a refreshing dip in the Tuolumne River that runs right through the campground.
