So what makes our Southeast Zone FUN, full of ADVENTURE, and FAMILY oriented, providing a sense of PEACE and HAPPINESS to all? Here’s what we found out:
Bay Landing – Bridgeport, TX
The biggest adventure for our guests is all the water activities on the lake. Nothing is more peaceful than watching the baby fawns bouncing around. Happiness here at Bay Landing is seeing all the families coming together year after year.
Forest Lake, Advance, NC
There is nothing more peaceful than fishing at one of our two lakes at Forest Lake.
There is nothing more fun than taking advantage of all of our free family outdoor activities!
The biggest adventure for our guests is walking and exploring all of our trails throughout our preserve.
Harbor View – Colonial Beach, VA
Harbor View offers fun and adventure for children of all ages, whether at the pool, playground, or on a bike ride. Yet at sunset it offers a quiet peaceful setting.
Hidden Cove – Arley, AL
At Hidden Cove, adventure abounds on beautiful Smith Lake, where you will find hundreds of feeder streams and creeks to explore along its 500 miles of shoreline, many with gorgeous waterfalls!
Lake Conroe – Willis, TX
At Lake Conroe there’s nothing more fun than our water gun and water balloon shootouts on golf carts. The adventure never stops at Lake Conroe. Our lake is beautiful and you can sit back and relax and enjoy the peaceful evenings.
Lake Gaston – Littleton, NC
Family memories are made at Lake Gaston enjoying all the fun of our 20,000 acre lake.
Orlando – Clermont, FL
At Orlando, you’ll find a friendly, fun, and knowledgeable staff who believe in our motto that “We are Family.” Our peaceful preserve is where you’ll find that your happiness is our # 1 priority.
Peace River – Wauchula, FL
It’s always fun to find fossils in the Peace River at the Peace River resort. Happiness is making ceramics at the Peace River. There is nothing more fun than jammin’ with friends at Peace River. It’s so peaceful to swing on the front porch and watch the clouds go by at Peace River.
On the Calendar
It’s Luau Time at Chesapeake Bay the weekend of August 16-17. So break out those grass skirts, sandals and flowered shirts and enjoy a BBQ Pork Luau Dinner followed by a special show by the TT Hawaiian Dancers at the dance.
Lake Whitney is planning one last bash before school bells ring. Come visit August 17 and enjoy great outdoor fun. Events include Steak Night at 7 p.m. at the Fillin’ Station.
Natchez Trace is hosting a Classic Cruise ‘n Car Show August 23-25. The event will feature a Sock Hop Friday night, and Saturday Swamp Meet and Car Show. Car Show includes hot rods, muscle cars, classic cars, motorcycles and tractors. Prizes awarded for all categories.
