The names of our resorts and campgrounds in the Southwest say it all – Yosemite Lakes, Russian River, Lake Minden! There’s a water feature wherever you choose to stay in this Zone. In Northern California enjoy the natural beauty of the Russian River Preserve and the Russian River! Try Lake Minden, down Sacramento way, and see if you can reel something in from the 41-acre lake stocked with bluegill, catfish and bass. And then there’s Yosemite Lakes, which features the South Fork of the Tuolumne River running right through it and is just a short drive from Lake Don Pedro, another favorite for fishing boating and water skiing.

The area is great for water fun. People tube down the Merced River in the valley, fish the South fork of the Toulumne River or for the daredevil at heart travel just 5 miles west and jump off the rocks into Rainbow Pool, a spot to swim or enjoy the beautiful waterfalls. – William Duke, Manager Yosemite Lakes
